1. Who can use Bodhe

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You can record rides and use most of Bodhe without an account. To use the coach, you sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your device and sign-in secure: you're responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has used it, email us at hello@larasberg.com.

3. Bodhe is not medical advice

Bodhe, including its coach, gives general training and fitness information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Readiness, form, heart-rate zones, VO2max, body composition and fuelling figures are estimates.

Talk to a doctor before you start or change a training programme, especially if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an injury or are pregnant. Stop and get help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness or unusual shortness of breath.

4. Ride safely

Cycling, running and other sports carry a real risk of injury. You're responsible for your own safety: follow traffic laws, wear a helmet, check your equipment, and don't look at or handle your phone or watch in a way that distracts you while moving.

Routes suggested by Bodhe or built from third-party map data can be inaccurate, closed or unsafe. Use your own judgement on the road. You take part in any activity at your own risk.

5. The AI coach

The coach uses artificial intelligence to write plans, ride reviews and answers based on summaries of your training and what you tell it. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or not right for you, and so can web results it finds, such as gear specs. Check it against how you feel, use your own judgement, and never rely on it in an emergency.

The coach can suggest changes to your goal, habit or gear, but nothing changes until you tap to apply it. We set daily limits on how much you can use the coach to keep the service fair and running.

6. Your content

"Your content" is what you put into Bodhe: your identity, goals and habits, messages to the coach, meal logs, gear notes, and photos or screenshots you import. You keep ownership of it.

You give us a limited licence to store, process and show your content only to run Bodhe for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload content you have the right to share.

7. Acceptable use

When you use Bodhe, don't:

• break the law or help anyone else break it;
• try to access other people's data or our systems without permission;
• copy, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service, except where the law allows it;
• use the coach to create harmful, unlawful or abusive content, or try to get around its safeguards;
• resell Bodhe or pretend to be us.

8. Third-party services

Bodhe works with services we don't run, including Apple Health, Apple Watch, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, Bluetooth sensors, OpenFreeMap and Apple Maps tiles, OpenStreetMap data, openrouteservice routing and Anthropic's AI models. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

9. Prices and subscriptions

Bodhe is free, including the coach, within its daily limits. If we add paid features later, we'll tell you before you're charged anything. They'll be sold through the App Store and billed by Apple, and we'll update these Terms first.

10. Our intellectual property

Bodhe's software, design, logo, 3D objects and coach figures belong to PT Larasberg Studio Co or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules.

11. Changes to Bodhe

We're building Bodhe in the open and may add, change or remove features. We may pause the service for maintenance or security. We'll try to tell you in advance when a change takes away something you rely on.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using Bodhe at any time and delete your account in Settings › Account › Delete account. That removes your account and coach data from our servers as described in the Privacy Policy. Workouts saved to Apple Health stay on your device.

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if the law requires it. Sections 3 to 6 and 13 to 17 keep applying after your use ends.

13. Disclaimers

Bodhe is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim about Bodhe is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

We don't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit.

15. Apple App Store terms

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Bodhe or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If Bodhe fails to meet a warranty that applies, you can tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation.

Apple isn't responsible for any claims relating to Bodhe, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you aren't located in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and aren't on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Bodhe after that, the new Terms apply.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes go to the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
